one night a man had a dream.
he dreamed that he was walking along the beach with the LORD.
across the sky flashed scenes from his life.
for each scene he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand:
one belonging to him, and the other to the LORD.
when the last scene of his life flashed before him,
he looked back at the footprints in the sand.
he noticed that many times along the path of his life there was only one set of footprints.
he also noticed that it happened at the very lowest and saddest times in his life.
this really bothered him and he questioned the LORD about it:
"LORD, you said that once I decided to follow you, you'd walk with me all the way.
but I have noticed that during the most troublesome times in my life,
there is only one set of footprints.
i don't understand why when i needed you most you would leave me.
The LORD replied:
"my son, my precious child,i love you and i would never leave you.
during your times of trial and suffering,when you see only one set of footprints,
it was then that I carried you."
matthew 27:39 And they that passed by reviled him, wagging their heads
matthew27:49 The rest said, Let be, let us see whether Elias will come to save him
matthew27:42 He saved others; himself he cannot save. If he be the King of Israel, let him now come down from the cross, and we will believe him.
matthew27:43 He trusted in God; let him deliver him now, if he will have him: for he said, I am the Son of God.
Great pain, bruise and wounded..
disciples abandoned..
enermies mocked him..
critics said" Jesus you claim to safe others,
you are the son of god,
come down from the cross then."
Why didn't Jesus come down from the cross..
he had all the authority god gave him..
why don he use the power god gave him..
he did not come down from the cross..
even though all his enermies were mocking at him..
Jesus just drop down his soul and die..
why did Jesus sacrisfies his life..
who commanded him..
why is his love so great
he sacrisfied..
his great unconditonal love..
"you claim that you can safe others..
you claim that you have the authority..
you claim that you can safe other."
but in order to safe others..
Jesus had to die..
so that he can safe us..
so that he can give us ethernal life..
HE DIED ON THE CROSS FOR US
many were mockin at him..
his heart was burning with passionate love..
Jesus sacrisfied on the cross before lord and the world..
3 thing jesus did for us..
1. Jesus wanted to cancel the pain fo yesterday..
many fo us are holdin onto hurts..reacting to the past.. Resentment and regretful...
jesus wanted to safe us from the pain of resentment..
jesus wanted to cancel the pain in your life and change your life into a blast..
he wants to give us the power to overcome every resentment ..
so now we can overcome our life...
we need the supernatural power.. thats why we need Jesus Christ..
Guilt is a terrible thing to carry around...
you end up living your life miserbly.. punishing yourself and start to play the "if" only game.
Jesus was hung on the cross just so that you would stop punishing urself.
2. Jesus wanted to cancel the pressure of today.
many peeps are feeing out of control.. tired.. out of balanced..
the reason of us being tired??
its becos you are not meant to live your life alone..
not to live your life at your own strength..
god was meant for you to have a relation with him..
to pump into him to get the power from him..
Jesus on esther had gave us the power..
he proved it by raisin from the dead..
he said let them kil me..
put me in the grave..
3 days later, i will raise from the dead..
becos i am the son of God.. i have all the power and authority..
tat same power, that raised Jesus from the dead..
can raise us from the pressure..
if Jesus can raise from the dead.. then god can do anything for us..
the cross cancel aways all the minors and turn it into a blast
3. Jesus wants to cancel the Pressimism about tomorrow
Negative people are all around..
people have lost faith in what they do..
many peeps are prestimistic bout many things.
many were discourage.. helpless..
many dont like living in the world..
not understanding the purpose of life..
we can live 40 days wthout food.. 3 days wothout water, 8 mins without air..
but we cant live without hope..
the moment we lost hope, you no longer live..
you nearly survived.. but don be despired..
as the bible said that god has a wonderful plan for us..
God wants to give us hope and a good future..
lsa 54:10
"the mountains and hills may crumbled,
my love for you will never end..
so says to lord who loves you"
god knows everything about you.
and he wants you to know him back..
the relationship between god is not about you noeing about god..
but is about you noeing god..
Jesus love you..
on the cross he turns a minor into a blast..
he cancels the pain of yesterday,,
he give us the power to cope with the pressure of today..
he give us the hope and the faith to overcome the Pressimism about tomorrow
Jesus christ was God
on the cross he could have detroyed all the sinners..
on the cross he could have destroyed all his enermies..
but god almighty humbled himself..
he sacrifies himself on the cross..
so that we can live for ever more...
if you are a sinner today..
if you have a heart that is dirtied with selfishness and pride..
would you let Jesus Christ forgives us of our sins..
Jesus precious blood ..
on the cross.. jesus cancelled all minors of your sins and turned it into a blast..

Almighty God,
we pray you graciously to behold this your family,
for whom our Lord Jesus Christ was willing to be betrayed,
and given into the hands of sinners,
and to suffer death upon the cross,
who now lives and reigns with you
and the Holy Spirit,
one God,
for ever and ever.
